Sensei Goltz is an 8th Dan Judo Blackbelt. He is president and COO of USA Judo Association. He is in the Hall of Fame of the United States Judo Association. He currently serves as Chair of the USJA's National Promotion Board, President of the Nanka Judo Yudanshakai, and Chair's the Board of Directors for the Hal Sharp Judo Teachers Foundation.
